ปัญหาคอร์รัปชันยังคงเป็นวิกฤตเชิงโครงสร้างที่บั่นทอนสภาพแวดล้อมทางธุรกิจของไทยอย่างรุนแรง โดย 89.1% ของภาคธุรกิจระบุว่าคอร์รัปชันเป็นอุปสรรค (ปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด) ต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ ขณะที่ 51.2% รวมถึงองค์กรต่อต้านคอร์รัปชัน (ประเทศไทย) ACT และเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน เช่น Corruption Watch แชทฟ้องโกงทันใจ และเพจปฏิบัติการหมาเฝ้าบ้าน ที่ร่วมทำหน้าที่เฝ้าระวังและติดตามการทุจริตในสังคมไทยอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยข้อมูลของผู้แจ้งเบาะแสจะได้รับการคุ้มครองและเก็บรักษาเป็นความลับ อย่างไรก็ตาม การหยุดคอร์รัปชันอย่างยั่งยืนไม่สามารถอาศัยหน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งเพียงลำพัง แต่ต้องเกิดจากการบูรณาการความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน ทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน ในการร่วมกันเป็นหูเป็นตา
