ภายใต้บริบทเศรษฐกิจโลกที่ชะลอตัว ความไม่แน่นอนทางภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการเร่งเข้าสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ขณะที่ภายในประเทศยังมีข้อจำกัดเชิงโครงสร้างที่สะสมมาอย่างยาวนาน ทั้งด้านขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ระบบราชการ คุณภาพแรงงาน หนี้ครัวเรือน และความเหลื่อมล้ำเชิงพื้นที่ โดยหอการค้าฯ เห็นว่า ความท้าทายหลักของประเทศไทยในระยะต่อไปไม่ใช่การขาดแคลนนโยบายหรือแนวคิดใหม่ Domestically, Thailand continues to face long-standing structural constraints, including limitations in competitiveness, bureaucratic inefficiencies, workforce quality, household debt, and regional disparities.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Thai Chamber of Commerce emphasized that Thailand’s key challenge in the period ahead is not a lack of policies or new ideas, but rather the country’s ability to translate policies into effective, continuous, and systematic implementation with measurable outcomes—particularly in the post-election period, which marks a crucial starting point for shaping the nation’s future direction.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>In this context, the Chamber proposed six urgent national agenda issues that the private sector believes require comprehensive and systematic solutions:\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>1) The absence of a practical and continuous national strategy\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>2) Civil service reform and decisive anti-corruption enforcement\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>3) A fragmented national governance structure lacking integration\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>4) Comprehensive reform of the agricultural sector\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>5) The formulation of a national disaster preparedness and risk management plan and\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>6) The strengthening of public–private partnership mechanisms with genuine authority to drive policy implementation.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>    The Chamber further underscored the importance of advancing Thailand on the principles of transparency, good governance, and fair competition. It reiterated that serious and credible anti-corruption efforts are a fundamental condition for building confidence among investors, the business community, and the public—both domestically and internationally.
