สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทยได้\u003Cstrong>สะท้อนประเด็นสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อภาคเศรษฐกิจและผู้ประกอบการไทยในหลายด้าน\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>หนึ่งในประเด็นสำคัญคือ สถานการณ์ราคามะพร้าวตกต่ำ \u003C\u002Fstrong>ซึ่งสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทยรายงานว่าเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย เช่น โครงสร้างการค้าผ่านล้ง ปัญหาสายพันธุ์มะพร้าว ตลอดจนคุณภาพและปริมาณผลผลิตที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอ โดยภาคเอกชนเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ตั้งแต่การพัฒนาคุณภาพผลผลิตในระดับต้นน้ำ การส่งเสริมการแปรรูปและเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้าในระดับกลางน้ำ ไปจนถึงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการตลาดในระดับปลายน้ำ ทั้งนี้ \u003Cstrong>สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทยมีศูนย์ AFC ซึ่งทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการตลาดเพื่อช่วยยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรของไทย\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการ\u003Cstrong>หารือเกี่ยวกับ กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจของคนต่างด้าว \u003C\u002Fstrong>โดยภาคเอกชนได้สะท้อนความกังวลเกี่ยวกับช่องว่างทางกฎหมายที่อาจทำให้ผู้ประกอบการไทยเสียเปรียบ เช่น การสวมสิทธิสินค้าเกษตร การดำเนินธุรกิจผ่านนอมินี และการเช่าที่ดินหรือสวนในระยะยาว รวมถึงข้อสังเกตเกี่ยวกับสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าที่อาจมีลักษณะคล้ายการครอบครองผลผลิตทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับนโยบาย Visa Free ระยะเวลาการพำนักของชาวต่างชาติ และความชัดเจนในการจัดเก็บภาษีของบุคคลต่างด้าว\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>ในส่วนของ กฎหมายการแข่งขันทางการค้า ที่ประชุมได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับร่างพระราชบัญญัติการแข่งขันทางการค้า\u003C\u002Fstrong> โดยมีข้อสังเกตในประเด็นโครงสร้างคณะกรรมการ จำนวนกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ความโปร่งใสในการเปิดเผยคำวินิจฉัย รวมถึงแนวทางกำกับดูแลการควบรวมกิจการข้ามประเภทธุรกิจ ขณะเดียวกัน ภาคเอกชนยังได้แสดงความเห็นต่อ ร่างพระราชบัญญัติอากาศสะอาด โดยเฉพาะในประเด็นองค์ประกอบของคณะกรรมการ การจัดตั้งกองทุนอากาศสะอาด และขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานในระดับจังหวัด ซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความซ้ำซ้อนของหน่วยงานและส่งผลต่อความสะดวกในการดำเนินธุรกิจ\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>สำหรับ ร่างพระราชบัญญัติล้มละลาย สภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทยได้เสนอข้อสังเกตในประเด็นสำคัญ เช่น หลักเกณฑ์การบังคับเจ้าหนี้ยอมรับแผนฟื้นฟูกิจการ (Cram Down) การลดความรับผิดของผู้ค้ำประกัน
